The Abby Yung Method Step 3: Clarifying Shampoo

  The next step of Abby Yung's hair method is clarifying shampoo. Most scalp issues can be solved by using deep cleaning shampoos. It is recommended to use it at-least once a week. It is also okay to use every single wash if your hair needs it.  The first step is figuring out which type of clarifying shampoo is needed. For some brands clarifying could be just removing hard water deposits. The Abby Yung Hair Method Step 2:                  Pre Shampoo  Oil Treatments   The purpose of this step is to protect your length and ends during the wash process. This was the first product that I started with in my healthy hair journey. I began with this oil because my hair is prone to breakage. What made me realized that my hair is prone to breakage is that I would get my hair trimmed every couple months. I would do this to get rid of split ends and as a refresher for my hair. I realized that my hair would grow but it would not grow past my shoulders. When I did a little bit of research ( Tiktok & Google LOL) I realized that my hair has been breaking off as fast as it was growing!
