The Abby Young Hair Method Step 1:

 

If you use Tiktok to solve all your hair growth journey, you probably have come across Abby Young's hair method. Abby Young is a Tiktoker who has gone viral for finding the perfect hair products to help you grow out your hair! She focuses on a healthy scalp and strengthening the ends. She created this 10 step routine for all hair types.

I will be showing you each product she uses for each step of the routine. 




Step 1: Pre-shampoo Bon Repair treatment 

[This step is optional because we will be using bond repair treaments after shampoo.]  

 

The bond repair treatment that she recommends is the Epres Bond Repair treatment. This one is a bit pricey compared to the other bond treatments. This product comes in the form of a spray and gets evenly distributed on the hair. With this being the very first step of the routine, it is applied on the hair 10 minutes before washing it and your hair should be pretty much soaked with it. You can also leave it on overnight. It can be purchased on websites from Amazon, Walmart, or Tiktok Shop.
